What To Expect
Explore the diverse desert shoreline Arizona has to offer on an inflatable kayak! Whether you are new to the outdoors or and experienced adventurer, a day on the water will etch a memory to last a lifetime! Check out some of the favorite launch spots on Saguaro or Canyon Lakes. Paddle the Lower Salt River between May and October - when the river is flowing - to see the Salt River wild horses, elusive otters, bald eagles and much more.
An inflatable kayak is one of the easiest and most popular rental items for an amazing self-guided tour. All the necessary gear will be ready and waiting for you to load and go! Need a recommendation? The staff can help suggest a great places to launch and get you loaded up with all the gear for an awesome paddle experience.
** NOTE: Transportation to and from the water is not provided. Pickup in our Tempe shop location.

Feb 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the tour local time (MST).
- Inflatable kayak, inflation pump, kayak paddle, and Life Jacket.
- Private transportation.
This tour requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
