Each wheelchair user must be accompanied by a person who can transport the wheelchair user if necessary. A maximum of 3 wheelchair users may be present in the tower on the observation terrace at the same time.
- Children under 14 years of age are allowed entry only when accompanied by an adult.
- Access to Indoor Terrace subject to availability
