What To Expect
Embark on a journey through the world of Italian olive oil at a boutique winery in Marano di Valpolicella.
Begin your experience with a stroll through an olive tree garden where you will learn more about the family-run winery and farm. Visit a secret room where the oil is collected, followed by a tour of an authentic cellar in a 17th-century rural house. Experience the olive oil production process and learn how to read and recognize an authentic Italian olive oil label.
At the end of your tour, enjoy a tasting of the best olive oils from different regions in Italy and learn how to distinguish them by sight, smell and taste. Sample the region's best local cheeses, salami and fresh bread, washed down with delicious wine. All this on a picturesque terrace with panoramic views of Valpolicella's hills.
