Walking Tour in Venice and Gondola Ride
Overview
Discover Venice’s highlights and hidden corners on this guided walking tour. Begin at Teatro La Fenice, the legendary opera house known as “The Phoenix” for its remarkable history of rebirth. Learn about its cultural importance and stunning architecture.
Continue to the Palazzina Selva, an elegant pavilion that now hosts exhibitions and plays a key role during the Venice Biennale. Your guide will share insights into Venice’s artistic heritage as you explore the area.
Then wander through the city’s winding alleyways to the Scala Contarini del Bovolo, a beautifully preserved spiral staircase tucked away in a quiet courtyard. Climb to the top for panoramic views of Venice’s rooftops and canals.
After the walking tour, enjoy Venice from the water with a relaxing 30-minute gondola ride, gliding through some of the city’s most atmospheric canals. It’s the perfect way to complete your Venetian experience.
