Enjoy a fantastic evening starting with a fresh pasta making class, where you'll learn traditional techniques using ingredients sourced from the popular Rialto Market. Following the class, you will be served a delightful three-course dinner prepared by a seasoned local chef, featuring the fantastic flavors of authentic Venetian cuisine, from sparkling wines to locally caught sea bass. As you dine, try not to feel jealous as your host, Lorenzo, shares stories of his magical life living in one of the most beautiful Italian cities.

What To Expect
Your host and instructor, the wonderful Lorenzo, invites you into his three-hour pasta workshop and meal with a warm greeting and a cold glass of something delicious to drink! As a native of Venice, Lorenzo is a passionate cook who is still very much in love with the city he was born in. After first enjoying a wonderful pasta making class, Lorenzo will serve you his take on some classic local dishes in a stunning three-course meal. Expect plenty of great food, wine and some magnificent company in your charming host and the classmates who will be joining you!
