Doge's Palace guided tour and Gondola ride
Overview
Discover the fascinating past of Venice on an unforgettable journey through its most iconic landmarks!
Begin your adventure just a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, where your expert guide will lead you into the magnificent Doge’s Palace. Explore the splendid halls and private chambers that once served as the political and administrative heart of the Venetian Republic. From the Doge’s apartments to the grand Staircase of the Giants, every corner reveals stories of power, art, and intrigue. Take in the stunning views over St. Mark’s Square from the Loggias before crossing the legendary Bridge of Sighs to reach the dark, haunting prisons that once held the enemies of the Serenissima.
To conclude your experience, glide along the city’s enchanting canals on a peaceful 30-minute gondola ride. Admire the elegant palaces rising from the water and discover hidden corners of Venice that can only be reached by boat — a truly magical way to see the city from a new perspective.
