What To Expect
Originating in Japan, Shinrin-yoku, (forest bathing), is a scientifically supported, holistic practice that amplifies the inherent health benefits of spending time in nature, promoting relaxation and supporting the immune system.
We'll leave the charming hamlet of Mochignano for a short, gentle walk into the woodland where you'll be guided through a series of mindful activities designed to foster relaxation and a deep connection with nature. Through gentle movement, meditation, and sensory awareness, you'll find a deep sense of wellbeing.
Feel the energy of the trees, breathe in the invigorating forest air, and discover a renewed sense of joy and gratitude. Your experienced guide will share insights on the therapeutic benefits of forest bathing and offer practices to carry into daily life.
Our journey will take us to the enchanting "Stretti di Mochignano," a series of crystal-clear pools nestled among moss-covered trees where, weather permitting, you can take a refreshing dip in the cool waters.
After our forest immersion, we'll gather for a tranquil tea ceremony accompanied by homemade vegan snacks. Relax and reflect on the experience in the peaceful ambiance of the forest.
