You are required to provide your passport information because the tour crosses international borders. Dubrovnik is located in Croatia, but depending on the route taken, you may pass through a section of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Neum Corridor). Border control may require passport checks, and tour operators typically need this information to ensure a smooth passage for all participants.
