Osum Canyon and Bogove Waterfall from Berat
Overview
Join us for a day exploring the natural landscapes of Osum Canyon and Bogove Waterfall
Along the way, we will stop at several viewpoints where you can take photos and enjoy the views over Osum Canyon. We will also walk along the rim of the canyon before starting a 1.5-hour exploration inside the canyon, including hiking and swimming
The tour continues to Bogove National Park, where you can take a short hike to Bogove Waterfall and, if you wish, swim in its clear, cool waters.
We will stop in the town of Poliçan, which was established during the communist period as a center for weapons production. Your guide will share the history of the town. Seasonal Note: From July to September, when water levels are lower, we can explore the canyon on foot. During the rest of the year, higher water levels make canyon exploration unsafe, so the tour focuses on visiting the viewpoints and enjoying the scenery, and also a hike above the canyon
