During the booking process, please select your preferred pickup location at checkout, or alternatively, send us a message via your booking platform to confirm your choice. Our meeting points include major hotels such as PARKROYAL Darling Harbour (150 Day St), Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park (161 Elizabeth St), Four Seasons Hotel Sydney (199 George St), Mercure Sydney (820 George St), and Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay (30 Pitt St).
- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate ‘pick-up requests from locations not listed’, as this may cause delays and inconvenience for other travelers.
- No storage available – wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, and luggage cannot be accommodated.
- Please check the weather forecast. Tours operate rain or shine except road closures by government which hinder access to Blue Mountains/attractions. Cancellations and date changes are permitted as per [BRAND] guidelines.
- The ferry from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay takes around 40–45 minutes. Ferry fares are not included.
