What To Expect

Want to try carp fishing or catch small fish without having to drive 1 hour?
I welcome you to a fishing pond in the countryside next to the city!
Indeed, our fishing spot is directly accessible from the city center of Strasbourg by a tram station located 500 meters away on foot!
All fishing equipment is provided as well as bait and groundbait.
We practice no-kill fishing (we release the fish) with a soft landing mat to take photos without hurting them.
You will learn coarse fishing, Roubaisian fishing (with an elastic band) and English fishing with a reel.
A restaurant is located right next door so if you want to eat good tartes flambées over a wood fire or drink a beer after fishing, it's possible!

Yes. Whatever the fishing calls for: live bait, frozen bait, cut bait, or chum, our Charter Captains will have plentiful supplies on hand. The same thing goes for artificial bait such as lures, flies, or plugs.
Jul 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
