    After relishing the summit's beauty and capturing memories to last a lifetime, we'll begin our 2-hour descent, retracing our steps through the enchanting rainforest. You may catch a glimpse of the elusive wildlife, such as monkeys or colorful tropical (small) birds, as they go about their daily routine.Upon reaching back to the trail take about an hour of relation for some refreshments of island fruit juices and sweet bread (e.g banana) and seasonal fruit such as watermelon.After about an hour of refreshing yourself, we will bid farewell to Mount Liamuiga making our way back to Basseterre to the port or hotel.     Please note that this is a strenuous hike and entails an elevation of over 2,000 feet with steep and challenging forest and mountainous terrain which can cover ten miles and more. Do not attempt this hike if you have breathing, lung, heart or physical issues. This hike is considered to be further away from civilization, involves a drive to the starting point, a long walk via a trail using assistance by custom-made walking sticks, and definitely, “A Guide”.
