    Once your refund is processed, it usually shows on your card statement within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

    • We use two meeting locations for our tours: Sitka Sound Cruise Terminal ("the dock") and Harrigan Centennial Hall ("downtown"). Your pickup and drop-off location is not optional and is determined by your ship's schedule and your tour time. Please review your confirmation email and reminder text, which will be sent before your arrival in Sitka, for your exact meeting location and detailed directions.
