Discover the secrets of Italian cuisine with a Cooking Class on Fresh Pasta and Tiramisu. Guided by a Pro Chef, you will learn how to prepare two great classics: Fresh Pasta and Tiramisu.
Fresh pasta
Starting from the raw materials, you will learn how to prepare the dough for Fresh Pasta and to knead it according to tradition. You will discover how to make different pasta formats, such as tagliatelle, maltagliati, learning how to roll out, cut, cook and season pasta with traditional Sicilian sauces.
Tiramisu
You will prepare Tiramisu, one of the most beloved desserts in the world: with our Pastry Chef you will discover techniques, ingredients to achieve the perfect taste and texture and with original and delicious decorations.
The lesson takes place in our professional laboratory kitchen and lasts about 2 - 3 hours. An engaging experience for those who love Fresh Pasta and Tiramisu and want to take home the taste of Italian tradition. First create and then Taste!

What To Expect
Discover Italian cuisine through an engaging cooking class in Catania dedicated to fresh pasta and Tiramisu.
You will learn to prepare with your own hands two protagonists of the Italian tradition, led by our chef.
You will prepare one of the most famous Italian desserts in the world: Tiramisu. With the careful Guide of our pastry chef, you will learn step by step how to make mascarpone cream and complete the dessert with elegant and delicious decorations
Fresh Pasta and Sicilian Condiments
In the second part of the cooking class you will prepare fresh pasta by learning the basic techniques for dough and create different formats, such as tagliatelle and maltagliati.
Then you will pair pasta with Sicilian condiments. The chef will complete the cooking of the pasta to enhance the flavors of Sicilian cuisine.
You will sit at the table and enjoy the recipes you prepared during the cooking class with a bottle of Sicilian red wine and a glass of Limoncello.
The course lasts about 3 hours, takes place in a professional laboratory and welcomes groups of 2 to 16 participants, for an engaging, personalized experience. You will taste what you have prepared during the class
