Sedona Full Moon Meditation
Overview
A truly unforgettable meditation experience. Surrounded by red rocks, open sky, and the quiet beauty of the desert night, you’ll be guided by a warm, grounded teacher — no hype, no heavy “woo,” just authentic connection to nature, self, and the sacred.
Your guide, Michele, has been a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor since 2014 and has called Sedona home for more than 20 years. With a background in teaching college math, science, and geospatial technology, she blends clarity, intelligence, and ease with a deep respect for spiritual practice.
You will be in excellent hands.
As the founder of Sedona Meditation Experiences, Michele pioneered meditation-based spiritual offerings in Sedona, creating experiences that are heartfelt, grounded, and truly transformative.
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this gathering offers something rich and beautiful for you.

What To Expect
Experience the wonder of Sedona beneath the full moon — a night where desert silence, soft light, and quiet magic come together. This guided meditation gathering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel the beauty of the land around you as the moon rises overhead. We begin by gently settling the body and nervous system, opening space to release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with a steadier sense of self.
As the evening deepens, you’ll rest into a crystal bowl sound bath, where shimmering tones and soothing vibrations wash through you like waves. The bowls create a luminous, immersive soundscape that can calm the mind, melt tension from the body, and invite insight, peace, and emotional renewal. It’s both deeply relaxing and quietly powerful — not performance or spectacle, just a heartfelt and meaningful experience beneath the night sky.
This gathering is warm, welcoming, and accessible to everyone — whether you’re experienced with meditation or simply curious. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, steadier, and beautifully connected to the desert, the moon, and yourself.
This and all of our experiences are available for private bookings upon request.
