What To Expect
Step into an extraordinary wine journey at White Pearl Cavalieri's historic estate, where centuries-old canavas (cave wineries) meet modern luxury. Unlike typical wine tastings, our experience begins with a stroll through our working vineyard, where you'll discover Santorini's unique 'kouloura' grape cultivation method - a testament to our island's ingenious viticultural heritage. Settle into our stunning caldera-view bistro, where our expert sommelier will guide you through seven distinctive local wines, including varieties from multiple prestigious Santorini wineries. This carefully curated selection showcases the best of our volcanic terroir, from the crisp minerality of Assyrtiko to other indigenous treasures. Our intimate setting by the infinity pool, accompanied by gentle background music, creates the perfect atmosphere for wine appreciation and learning. After your tasting, extend your experience at our premises - perhaps with a sunset dinner or select a bottle from our private cellar (available at additional cost). Small groups ensure personalized attention, making this more than just a tasting -it's an immersion into Santorini's wine culture with unparalleled caldera views
