Western Island Full Day Tour
Overview
Sparkling waters passing through polished rocks of two separate waterfalls, deep inside a lush green forest with warm rays of sunshine peeking through, this is truly special place to connect with the magic and beauty of nature. Be sure to bring your swimming gear and water shoes, this stop you are almost certain to get wet.
Other Sights/Stops:
Nestled in the limestone-rich area of Vega Baja are clear, fresh-water springs and pools; common gathering spots for locals to cool off on warmer days. Larger pools, such as Manantial Ojo de Agua, are brightly decorated and colorful, providing unique photo opportunities for you and your group.
There are many amazing beach stops on this tour, ideal for lounging in the sun, soaking or snorkeling in the typically calm waters (spotting colorful tropical fish, coral and other small sea life). The view from Arecibo lighthouse, near La Playa Poza del Obispo, is equally amazing - especially if you're lucky enough to catch it near sunset!
