Homemade Pasta Cooking Class

You will live an unforgettable experience full of emotions and surprises that will enrich your culture and your knowledge. It will be much more than a Cooking Lesson, (1) With the intense participatory Cooking Class you will discover the basic secrets of Italian cuisine, (2) you will visit the Cellars of the Fattoria di Fiano (3) than you will live a journey back in time to discover the underground Etruscan Granaries of 2500 years ago, a great surprise for adults and especially for kids.

What To Expect
A unique and intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, Prosecco with appetizers, 3 course lunch or dinner following the lesson including selected wines, a visit to the cellars of Fattoria di Fiano, a journey back in time to discover the Etruscan granaries of 2500 years ago.
