- To give you the best possible experience we will provide you with thermal winter overalls, winter boots, as well as cozy beanies and mittens, which all come in both adult and children’s sizes.
- 2-3 km reindeer safari in the forest of Lapland
- Pick-ups and drop-offs are included in the price in 10 km radius from Rovaniemi city center
- Information about the life of reindeer, reindeer farm and reindeer herding in general
- Guide in English (other languages availability is limited: Spanish, Finnish)
- If the weather conditions do not allow a sleigh ride, the tour will be arranged as a reindeer walk
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price
- Infants must not sit on laps
- Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
- Product may be cancelled or rescheduled if the group size is smaller than 4 persons

Pick-ups begin approximately 1 hour before the activity start time. Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before the activity. Please be ready outside at your confirmed pick-up location a few minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. To keep the tour schedule running on time, our transfer vehicle cannot wait for late arrivals.Drop-off Information Please note: Between 1 December and 10 January, complimentary drop-offs after the activity are available only to the following selected locations/areas: Postmaster Hotel – Postikatu 1 Rovaniemi City Centre – Korkalonkatu 26 Ollerovaara area – including for example Aurora Hill Resort and SkyView Igloo Resort Santa Claus Village – Tähtikuja 1 During this period, drop-off to other individual accommodation addresses is not included.
