Vegetarian Cooking class in the Roman countryside
Overview
A word about the experience:
Upon arrival there will be small snacks and a drinks provided, then herbs and vegetables will be collected from the gardens. Aprons will be put on and an entire meal will be prepared together. In three hours, an appetizer will be made and then the pasta, made traditionally with wholemeal flour and semolina eggs or water, entirely by hand with the help of a rolling pin.
Stuffed ravioli and fettuccine or lasagna and capellini or strozzapreti, can be prepared on request alongside gnocchi. Different sauces for the pasta will be made too! A second vegetable-based dish will be put together and dessert will conclude the afternoon.

What To Expect
Clacillaria is a passionate cook and she started cooking when she was a child, with her mother and my grandmother, they taught her a lot, in their kitchens there was always a very good smell of food! Clacillaria likes to share food and its secrets with others! She lives in a nice place, in the countryside, near Rome, in Zagarolo. In her land she grows fruit and vegetables, and she can produce excellent extra-virgin olive oil and also wine. Since 2013, Clacillaria has successfully dedicated herself to social-eating and many international newspapers, such as "The Guardian" and "The Wall Street", wrote about her.
