Join Cristina for a hands-on culinary adventure where you'll learn to make strozzapreti and ravioli filled with creamy vegan ricotta or other seasonal delights prepared fresh during the class. You'll also craft delicious cookies for a twist on the classic Italian dessert: vegan tiramisù. All while sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the open-air setting with fellow food lovers.

What To Expect
Welcome to a unique Vegan cooking class in Rome!
We will prepare two types of pasta together, strozzapreti and ravioli filled with vegan ricotta or another vegetarian filler always made during the course. We will also prepare cookies to make our tiramisù.
If the weather will allow, we will enjoy magical moments in my outdoor garden.
