Rome: Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Reserved Entry Ticket
Overview
Explore the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel at your own pace, with reserved entry and practical assistance from Gyash Tours.
Start at our office at Vicolo del Farinone 23. Our staff helps you collect your official entrance ticket and explains how to reach the Museums and use your reserved entry. This assistance is included, giving you a local point of contact before your independent visit.
Discover ancient sculptures, Renaissance art and richly decorated galleries, then admire Michelangelo’s ceiling and The Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel. Your ticket includes both the Museums and Chapel, subject to areas open on the day. A tour guide and audio guide are not included.
Reserved entry bypasses the ticket-purchase queue; security checks and entrance waits still apply. Visit durations are approximate and depend on your pace and museum opening hours. Arrive at our office 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

Please bring a valid ID or passport matching the name on your booking..
- Entrance tickets are issued in the visitor’s name. Please make sure the name provided during booking matches the visitor’s valid ID or passport. Incorrect names may result in refused admission, and corrections may not always be possible after booking.
- Reserved entry helps provide more organized access to the Vatican Museums but does not bypass mandatory security checks. All visitors must pass airport-style security screening, and waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels and Vatican security procedures.
- A respectful dress code is required. Shoulders and knees must be covered, and visitors wearing unsuitable clothing may be refused entry by Vatican staff.
- Children aged 0 to 6 enter free of charge. Please include them in the booking so that the visitor information is complete.
- Visitors with certified disability of at least 67% qualify for free Vatican Museums admission. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one accompanying person also qualifies. Free tickets are issued by the Museums on presentation of disability certification and cannot be booked online. Please contact us before purchasing this product if these conditions apply.
- Visitors with reduced mobility should consider that ticket redemption takes place at Vicolo del Farinone 23 before entering the Vatican Museums. The Vatican Museums provide accessible routes for visitors with reduced mobility.
- Access to specific galleries, rooms or areas may occasionally be restricted due to Vatican events, security requirements, maintenance or temporary closures. These changes are determined by the Vatican Museums and may occur without prior notice.
- This experience involves walking from the ticket collection point to the Museums and extensive walking inside. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Visit and itinerary durations are indicative estimates for an independent visit, not a fixed guided schedule. Your pace, the open route and museum opening hours determine the time available. Allow separately for office check-in, the walk to the Museums and security checks.
- Large luggage, suitcases, oversized backpacks and other items considered unsuitable by Vatican staff must be left in the Vatican Museums cloakroom. We recommend travelling light and bringing only small personal belongings.
