Meeting and Pickup
Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Please advise your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements field on booking. We recommend that you request your pickup at least 50 minutes in advance of your train departure time.
What To Expect
Whether you’re traveling individually, as a couple or in a group of up to 8 people, your ground transport needs are covered by this private transport service from your hotel to Rome Termini Station or Rome Tiburtina Station. When your vacation is over, simply meet your driver at your hotel at a prearranged time. Then, settle into your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle and head straight to the station for your train journey.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your train details and your Rome hotel accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24 - 48 hours prior to your departure from Rome, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).
