    Roll up your sleeves and make fresh pasta entirely by hand, from mixing to shaping. Watch our cooking demonstration and discover the traditional ingredients and techniques behind Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana. Then enjoy your own pasta with your favourite Roman sauce.
