What To Expect
Embark on a memorable culinary journey in the heart of Rome, just steps away from the Vatican, with Pasta and Tiramisù cooking class with complete Wine Tasting on a charming rooftop terrace. In an intimate setting, guided by a skilled chef, you’ll learn the art of traditional Italian cooking, from creating fresh, homemade pasta, to mastering the classic dessert, tiramisu and to taste some of the most typical DOC wines.
Your experience begins with pasta-making: the chef will walk you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh pasta dough, followed by preparing delicious sauces that will elevate your dish. You’ll gain hands-on experience making sauces such as tomato or Alfredo
Next, you’ll dive into the creation of the iconic tiramisu. With the chef’s expert guidance, you’ll learn how to layer mascarpone cream, soak the perfect ladyfingers, and assemble this beloved Italian dessert.
during the entire class, you will taste a selection of Italian wines.
1 Rosè, 2 Whites, 1 Red and to conclude a typical Roman wine.
The experience wraps up with a traditional limoncello to finish the meal in true Italian style.
