- Itinerary Changes: In the event of celebrations, official events, or public demonstrations, the operator reserves the right to replace one or more highlights of the itinerary to ensure the safety of the group.
- Riding Experience: It is mandatory to have a basic-intermediate level of bicycle riding experience.
- Guide's Discretion: A brief evaluation test will be performed prior to starting. The guide has the right to deny participation (no refund) if a guest is deemed unfit due to poor riding ability or unstable physical/mental condition.
- Infants: Infants and children (up to 20kg / 44lbs) travel free of charge using a provided booster seat.
- Children: Children (under 139cm / 4ft 7in tall) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer).
- Minimum E-Bike Age: The minimum age to ride your own E-Bike is 12 years old.
