We will pick you up in any hotel or Airbnb located in Cancun hotel zone, Costa Mujeres and down town, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- The tour lasts between 11 to 12 hours depending on the location of your hotel.

- Always check your belongings before leaving the transportation, we are not responsible for lost items.
- The itinerary may vary or change without prior notice.

- Pickup is according your location, transportation coming from Cancun while picked up other customer
- The bus has one restroom, which is for number one only. Number two is not permitted, as the restroom’s ventilation system is connected to the entire bus and could cause unpleasant odors throughout the vehicle. Restroom stops will be available at the locations visited during the tour.
- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic
- Preservations Tax 40 Usd por person
- F you’re carrying personal belongings and wish to keep them safe while enjoying your swim in the cenote, lockers are available for rent. The small rental fee is paid directly at the park.
- Please note that backpacks of any kind are not allowed inside the Chichén Itzá archaeological site. We recommend bringing only essential personal items and using a small permitted bag instead.
