Meeting and Pickup
After booking, you'll receive a dedicated email or message by WhatsApp for any queries or changes. The Meeting Point is usually in the Lobby or Entrance of your hotel (main gate, outside the resort) depending on your accommodations. People staying at Cap Cana or near Punta Cana Airport and Veron have to pay additional fee for transportation, or we'll provide a nearby meeting point. If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
