Operation Anthropoid Tours & Lidice Village in Detail
Overview
Discover Prague, Lidice, and the story of Operation Anthropoid through a private WWII tour created for travellers who want real history, not a standard sightseeing route.
Choose from 3 options: a 4-hour Prague Operation Anthropoid tour, a 4-hour Lidice Memorial tour, or the full-day 8–9 hour Operation Anthropoid in Detail tour combining Prague, Lidice, memorials, and a traditional Czech meal.
Follow the story of Josef Gabčík, Jan Kubiš, Reinhard Heydrich, the assassination mission, the Czechoslovak resistance, Nazi reprisals, and the final stand of the paratroopers in the crypt of the Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius.
Each route connects meaningful historical sites, memorials, hidden places, and powerful human stories.
The experience is private and led by a licensed English-speaking guide with a strong personal passion for WWII history. Transport is by comfortable car, minibus, or bus depending on group size and option.
