What To Expect
Discover the flavors of the Amalfi Coast with a cooking class in a panoramic location! This cooking class is located on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, nestled in a charming panoramic farmhouse. In this lesson, you will learn how to prepare three delicious and authentic Italian dishes loved by locals and visitors alike: tiramisu, fresh local mozzarella and tagliatelle! First, our experienced and friendly chef will guide you through creating the perfect tiramisu. You'll learn how to expertly layer all the ingredients together to create a rich and indulgent dessert that will wow your friends and family! Next, you'll discover the secrets behind the famous local mozzarella, using only the freshest milk and traditional techniques.
Finally, you will prepare some amazing tagliatelle from scratch. Our chef will carefully guide you through the kneading process. As you cook, you'll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast, adding to the overall sensory experience. Whether you're an expert cook or a complete beginner, our class is designed to teach you new skills and techniques while having fun and creating delicious food!
