Coastal Flow A Maine Yoga Experience
Overview
This is more than just a yoga class, it’s a sensory coastal experience. Set against the backdrop of Casco Bay, you’ll move through an all-levels flow while breathing in salt air, feeling the ocean breeze on your skin, and taking in the quiet rhythm of the water.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to blend mindful movement, nervous system support, and deep relaxation. We’ll move through gentle, grounding flow and close with savasana, including an optional cooling lavender-soaked towel.
Want to make the morning feel a little more special? Choose a taste of Portland, a locally made treat from one of the city's favorite bakeries, or toast to the morning with a mimosa. Either way, it's a small addition that turns a good morning into a memorable one.

What To Expect
Picture this: Casco Bay as your backdrop, a gentle ocean breeze on your skin, and the scent of salt air surrounding you. In the distance, the soft sound of a foghorn sets the pace for presence.
We’ll move together through an all-levels flow designed to stretch, awaken, and ground your body. You’ll be guided through mindful movement, and we’ll close with a calming savasana, including an optional cooling lavender-soaked towel for deeper relaxation.
