Private Chichen Itza Tour: Cenote, Valladolid & Lunch
Overview
Spend a full day in the Yucatan with only your group and a SECTUR-certified local guide. You get about 2.5 hours at Chichen Itza, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, to explore the Temple of Kukulcan, the Great Ball Court, the Temple of the Warriors and the Observatory, with the astronomy, art and history behind them, at your own pace.
Next, enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant in Valladolid and free time in its colonial center, where you can try Maya chocolate, browse local crafts and visit the Church of San Servacio. End the day with a swim at Cenote Xux Ha, a quiet cenote run by a local Maya family, far from the busy tourist stops.
The tour is private, so the timing is flexible and you can adjust the day to your interests. Our founder, Diego Viadero, guided travel writer Rick Steves and his family through Chichen Itza and Coba, a trip Rick featured on his travel blog.

Meeting and Pickup
Hotel pickup at 6:30 or 7:00 am from Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Tulum and the Riviera Maya. Pickups in Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres have an extra cost of USD 60 per booking, paid in cash.
