Explore the Mystical Río Secreto
Overview
This tour is truly one-of-a-kind, combining the thrill of underground exploration with an immersive cultural experience in the heart of the Yucatán Peninsula. Unlike other cave tours, Río Secreto grants you access to the longest semi-flooded cave system in the region, where only a small fraction of its 100-hectare reserve is open to visitors—ensuring an exclusive and pristine adventure. Led by expert guides, you’ll walk and swim through crystal-clear waters beneath ancient rock formations that have shaped the Earth’s history. A Mayan purification ceremony sets the tone for this mystical journey, making it perfect for adventure seekers, nature lovers, and culture enthusiasts alike. After your underground expedition, celebrate with a toast of Xtabentún and enjoy a delicious buffet, rounding out an experience that is as unforgettable as it is transformative.
