After meeting near Peso da Régua, you’ll be taken to a peaceful rural setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Here, the experience unfolds around fire, where regional dishes are slowly prepared using ancestral cooking methods — iron pots, open flames, and time.
Guests are invited to watch the process, interact, and enjoy the atmosphere as the meal comes together.
Once ready, everyone gathers to share the food at a communal table, creating a relaxed and social environment where conversation flows as easily as the wine.
This is not a restaurant experience — it’s a moment of connection with the land, the food, and the traditions of the Douro.
