What To Expect
Learn to stand up paddle board on the pristine waters of Pensacola Beach Florida. Our fully guided lesson and tour is great for visitors and locals alike. You will be a paddling pro in no time! Always woman-led with an emphasis on safety, fun, community, and a welcoming environment for guest of all ages and skill levels.
15 minute Beach lesson and 1 hour guided in water tour and coaching included. No experience necessary.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
