Explore family owned winery near Padova and delve into the produced wines. Set in a historic stone farmhouse, join the tasting that showcase seven distinctive wines reflecting our terroir: sparkling, rosé, and reds crafted from Merlot, Cabernet and many other autochthonous grapes of Italy. The guide will explain viticultural practices. cellar techniques and pro sommelier tricks. Pair each wine with a selection of regional specialties, including a selection of three cured meats (like the the local Soppressa) and a trio of aged cheeses.
