What To Expect
The tasting of extra virgin olive oil in the farm, accompanied by a visit to the underground oil mill, is an experience not to be missed. During the guided tour you will discover the ancient traditions of harvesting and pressing, following all the stages of the production process. You will walk among centuries-old and millennial olive trees, listening to stories and curiosities related to the traditional harvest.
This experience combines taste and culture, leaving you with an authentic memory of Puglia.
