Our host will guide you through every stage of the process, from selecting ingredients to the final presentation. We customize the class according to your preferences and needs! We have vegetarian options and we adapt to any dietary restrictions."

What To Expect
Mexican cuisine is very varied, so we will focus especially on teaching you the process, step by step, and the ingredients necessary to make Oaxacan dishes. We will take a tour of the various aromas, flavors, colors of various products from the Region and Of course we will taste together and find the flavor of each of the participants, we will do the trip with our five senses and of course we will give you tips for when you want to travel to the wonderful State of Oaxaca, meanwhile, we will start with the kitchen with the help of a Oaxacan woman.
