What To Expect
Discover authentic mezcal with local producers, visit traditional distillery, and enjoy guided tastings with 10 different mezcales!
We'll visit a beautiful destilery (palenque), where you identify 3 differents process to make mezcal. You'll learn the traditional, artisanal and industrial methods. But we will focus in artisanal process. Also discover the best way to drink it through touch, smell, sight, and taste. In the palenque we’ll take the traditional Oaxacan food! And then we’ll drink more mezcales.
In addition We going to my agave fields, you can learn about the different types of agave that grow in our region and you will try to cut pencas de maguey like authentic Mezcalero!
Wait, before to back to Oaxaca, We’ll going to visit my family and my own brand!! Spoiler: It’s really delicious. Do you like scorpions? Snake? Well, you will taste!
