The “MOANA” (moh-AH-nah), the Hawaiian word meaning Ocean, will be showcased in this customizable experience.
From November to May, Guests can look forward to Humpback Whale watching at no additional cost. Dolphins, Sea turtles, and other sea life are also often sighted year-round. Unfortunately, sea life cannot be guaranteed on every trip!
The Nalu Catamaran features, Ample cushioned seating, A high-quality stereo sound system, swim ladder, and restroom, as well as built in coolers where customers can store any drinks they bring.

Our industry leading safety measures on Nalu include: at least 1-2 certified lifeguards in the water on rescue boards, crew watching from the vessel equipped with a rescue tube, and a large raft secured to the vessel for beginners and kids to enjoy their snorkeling experience comfortably. The captain and crew will also assist each guest with their snorkel gear to ensure the best snorkeling experience possible.

As an active member of the Dolphin SMART program, we do not have physical contact with the dolphins on Moana’s VIP Waikiki Turtle Snorkeling Experience on Nalu. We watch them in their natural habitat from the boat.
Dec 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the tour local time (HST).
