What To Expect
You will be welcome in a cozy Italian home to discover how to easily prepare delicious homemade Italian recipes, including vegan and vegetarian ones.
I will share with you the secrets of my grandmother and my family to easily prepare delicious homemade meals: tortelli, fettuccine or spaghetti, rigatoni, garganelli, and other typical types of pasta with wheat flour with eggs or water.
We will also prepare the classic bruschetta with a Sicilian touch, followed by my special tiramisu made with Sicilian ingredients.
We will cook together, enjoy what we have prepared, and have a relaxed and fun time around the table, sharing stories and talking about food - one of the My Saves topics of the Italians! I will also be happy to share tips and stories about Milan and my homeland, Sicily.
