Allow us to take you on a journey into the world of family tradition and learn the skills passed down by three generations. Unravel the secrets behind the successful recipes and other intriguing stories, discover family history and have all your foodie questions answered during your class together.
We’ll start things off with a glass of Prosecco, before getting your hands in the dough. Under the guidance of your expert host, you’ll master the art of pasta-making, kneading and shaping not just like a true Italian, but as grandmother taught us. Once your fettuccine and gnocchi are ready, we’ll cook them up with traditional Roman sauces of your choice, and of course, finish with a delightful homemade tiramisù.
After cooking, we’ll all sit down together to enjoy the feast you’ve created, paired with your chosen wine. Come hungry, leave happy, and take home not just precious memories but authentic Italian cooking skills you can use forever!
