Sensory Immersion: Our experience combines multiple senses to create a total immersion in the world of sound and meditation. From the sweet scent and comfort of the relaxation space to the resonant vibrations and tones of the various live instruments, each aspect is designed to stimulate and soothe the senses.
Inner journey that will provide deep relaxation: The combination of guided meditation and live sound will allow participants to reach a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. The mind will calm down, and the body will relax, releasing the stress and worries of everyday life.
Personalized Inner Journey: Although all participants will share the experience, each sound journey will be unique and personal. Each individual will resonate differently with the sounds and vibrations, making this experience deeply personalized for each attendee.

What To Expect
During the experience in our facilities, our participants will be received in a space of relaxation and comfort. The environment will be impregnated with a sweet aroma, designed to create a cozy and serene atmosphere.
The session will begin with a guided meditation, where an expert instructor will accompany you on an internal journey to connect with yourself. Along with breathing exercises, this guide will allow you to release tension and be fully present in the moment.
Once you have reached a state of relaxation and internal connection, you can take a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. This is where the real sound journey begins. Our talented facilitator will play various instruments live, providing a unique and enriching sound experience.
As the instruments sound, the participants will be able to feel the different vibrations that each one of them produces. Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls will fill the space with harmonious vibrations, metal drums will immerse them in deep, resonant tones, and the sweet melody of the flute and drums will add an extra dimension of serenity and harmony.
