Overview
Discover a different dining experience in which mushrooms are the real protagonists. Through a carefully designed tasting, you can explore a wide variety of flavors, aromas and textures that showcase the enormous culinary potential.
During the experience you will taste several artisanal elaborations created with mushrooms grown in Menorca, you will know the characteristics of different species and learn curiosities about their cultivation and their gastronomic uses. All this in a close and welcoming environment that combines gastronomy, learning and local product.
An original proposal for lovers of good cuisine, curious travelers and anyone who wants to discover a different way to enjoy mushrooms.

What To Expect
Enjoy a unique gastronomic experience in Menorca, where mushrooms are the protagonists of a surprising, creative and flavorful tasting.
In a unique setting, you will try five different elaborations created to show how mushrooms can be transformed into authentic gourmet proposals. Each recipe has been handmade with quality ingredients and combines flavors, aromas and textures that will surprise anyone.
The experience also includes a bread made by us with our mushrooms and a carefully selected local drink to accompany the tasting.
More than just a tasting, it is a gastronomic tour through some of our most appreciated creations, designed for those who enjoy discovering local products, artisan cuisine and different flavors.
