Instead of racing you through 5 cellar door, we visit 3 of the Yarra Valleys best and give each the time it deserves - a guided tasting at Chandon, a cheese and wine pairing at De Bortoli's and a relaxed lunch and wine tasting at Ai Fiori Trattoria Soumah Wines or Tokar Estate.
No rushing, no crowds and definitely no pizza!
