What To Expect
Private Lessons are you with your own instructor. Two hour lessons. All equipment included (boards, reef shoes, rash guards). Monday – Saturday in the morning. The gentle break of the wave and semi-shallow water makes this one of the best places to learn to surf. Lessons in Kihei at Kalama Park with Waves Hawaii. Bring your family and friends to surf with you or to watch. There is onsite parking, public restrooms, outdoor showers, walking path, playground, and cafes and restaurants across the street. Book early for peak family travel seasons (Spring, Summer and Winter Breaks) as lessons can book up weeks in advance.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
