Overview
What sets this experience apart is structure and accountability. Guests follow a supervised 72+ hour therapeutic fasting protocol combined with cold exposure, infrared sauna, mobility sessions, and strategic longevity workshops — all delivered in a private coastal estate engineered for focus and compliance.
The remote Baja setting removes distraction, social pressure, and temptation, allowing the body to fully transition into repair mode.
Baseline lab testing, on-site metrics, and a personalized 90-day longevity blueprint ensure this is not inspiration — it is a structured optimization plan.
This is a discipline supported by luxury.
Limited to a small, vetted cohort, this intensive is built for leaders who value precision, discretion, and data-driven results. This is not about detox trends — it’s about activating autophagy support, improving insulin sensitivity, enhancing metabolic flexibility, and building a sustainable longevity strategy in an elite, distraction-free environment.

What To Expect
This 4-day Executive Longevity Intensive is designed for high-performing individuals ready to interrupt cumulative metabolic stress.
You’ll follow a guided 72+ hour fasting protocol structured to lower insulin signaling, support cellular repair pathways, and shift the body from storage mode into metabolic reset. As glycogen depletes, ketone production rises, and deeper repair mechanisms are supported.
Because this process is demanding, it takes place in a private coastal estate in Baja — far from distraction, restaurants, screens, and stress. Oceanfront breathwork, mobility sessions, cold exposure, sauna therapy, and small-group strategy workshops provide structure and accountability.
Participants complete baseline labs before arrival and receive a personalized 90-day longevity blueprint to reinforce progress after departure.
This is not a relaxation retreat. It is a disciplined executive reset.
Designed for executives, entrepreneurs, and performance-driven professionals seeking metabolic optimization, inflammation reduction, insulin sensitivity support, cognitive clarity, mitochondrial efficiency, and a structured longevity strategy in a private luxury Baja setting.
