Learn the traditional Italian skill of fresh pasta making using only flour and eggs. Whilst you are taught by our professional Pasta Evangelists chefs you will enjoy unlimited Prosecco & enjoy the funny, captivating stories of Italian history and lifestyle.
Our Pasta Academies are located throughout central London; Farringdon, Greenwich and Richmond so easily accessible.
At the end of the class you will have gained a traditional skill passed down through Italian families for many years - the art of making pasta by hand!

Join us at this pasta cooking class, the perfect place for those looking to master the techniques of pasta fatta a mano (pasta made by hand). Guided by one of our specialist pasta chefs, you will learn artisan techniques and ancient traditions which have been passed down in Italy through the centuries.
