Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing
Overview
Enhancing the sacred Cacao elixir, we craft an extraordinary shamanic, sound Journey, utilizing the enchanting resonance of the Jupiter Planetary Gong, Quartz Crystal Bowls, and vocal frequencies.
Your body will naturally attune itself, harmonizing with the distinctive healing vibrations of the sonic experience.
You are free to unwind and let the sounds guide you to wherever your senses may wander.
Depart with a profound sense of relaxation in mind, body, and spirit.
The mechanism of sound healing involves the use of particular frequencies and tones to reestablish equilibrium and harmony within the body's energy vibrations.
This can be achieved through various techniques, including,
- singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks to produce vibrations that permeate the body.
- Engaging in chanting or vocal toning to generate specific frequencies and vibrations within the body.
Sound healing has a rich history, spanning thousands of years across diverse cultures globally.

What To Expect
This 2.5-hour immersive journey seamlessly blends the ancient traditions of Amazonian shamanism with modern sound therapy, offering a gentle yet powerful reset for your mind, body, and spirit.
I. The Welcome & Intention Setting
Settling onto your mat among plush rugs and blankets, you will be invited to drop your daily armour and ground yourself in the present moment.
II. The Ceremonial Cacao Blessing
At the heart of the ritual is our pure, ceremonial-grade cacao, a sacred plant medicine ethically sourced and prepared with deep reverence. Pure Cacao allows us to reconnect with nature, slow down, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
III. Shamanic Breath-work & Awakening
Guided by our experienced practitioner, you will transition into gentle, rhythmic breath work. This intentional breathing calms the nervous system, and prepares your physical and energetic body to fully receive the vibrational medicine of sound.
IV. The Sound Bath & Cosmic Journey
Lie back, wrap yourself in blankets, and surrender to the sound, while the sounds dissolve mental chatter, release emotional blockages, and induce a state of blissful, meditative daydreaming.
