Your journey begins with convenient hotel pickup in a comfortable 8-seater minivan. Our English-speaking driver will collect you directly from your accommodation and transport you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, allowing you to relax and focus on the experience ahead.
To accommodate museum entry schedules , pickup times may vary and can be scheduled anytime between 5:30 AM and 2:00 PM. Exact pickup details will be provided before your tour.

Meeting and Pickup
We pick up passengers from all hotels and apartments. If your hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, we will suggest the closest location where we will meet. Our driver will meet you at the hotel reception or at the entrance if it is an apartment without a reception. You will only need to say your name and show the reservation on your smartphone. After the tour, we will drop you off at your chosen location.
